| The first thing to do when you have a technology problem is to remember that it is just a machine and it is not doing this to you on purpose. First, check every cable and every connection and make sure everything's plugged in. And check the manual on/off switch and make sure that it is turned on if you have one. If you feel pretty confident in your computer skills, get online and go to the manufacturer's web site. They all have one with great troubleshooting pages. If you're frozen in your steps with fear, go to your campus technology specialist (or your closet facimile) and see if they can help you solve your problem. Then call : |
